CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders logged on Olive Store are not liable to be cancelled / changed on discretion of the customer, the payment can only be refunded if stocks are not available or the delivery cannot be attempted due to any circumstances.
Cancellation is only permissible in case the quality of the product delivered is defective, not working, broken / damaged. In such cases, kindly report the issue on the Way Bill and to the Delivery Courier and inform the Olive customer care on 1800 266 65483 immediately for the same. The request will only be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end.
No Payment will be refunded or goods will be delivered until the verification of the order is completed.
